Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging with the seal unbroken, and includes all accessories, cards, and manuals. Used appliances are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect (in which case the warranty applies even beyond the 14-day window).

We have an official service center in Egypt, and our After-Sales team is available to help with any technical issue or service request. Note that this service does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or repairs by unauthorized parties.
