Return Policy

 Home Appliances 

•  These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days of
  delivery if the seal on the item packaging has not been broken. In the
  unlikely event a damaged, defective, or different item is delivered to you
  must send us an image of the item to avail of a free replacement (if
  available).
  
  
•  In the case there is a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the
  manufacturer's customer service and present a verified report that it is in
  fact a manufacturing defect.
  
  
• For a successful return process customers must keep the item in its original
  condition, with brand packaging/plastic unopened, brand/price tags
  attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in
  manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up
  
  
•  For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail
  the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.
  
  
•  Return is ineligible for these items if it was pre-installed independently
  from the customer.
